We never see or store your card details.<\/li>\n<li>Account data, if you choose to create one.<\/li>\n<li>Technical data needed for the site to work (cart, language, session).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why we use it and on what basis<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing orders, shipping, returns and support: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).<\/li>\n<li>Tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).<\/li>\n<li>Payment fraud prevention: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not use your data for profiling or advertising and we never sell it.<\/p>\n<h2>Who we share it with<\/h2>\n<p>Only with the providers needed to complete your order, appointed as data processors: DHL (delivery), Stripe (payments), Netsons (website hosting, servers in Italy), our tax advisor.<\/p>\n<h2>How long we keep it<\/h2>\n<p>Order data is kept for 10 years for tax purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.<\/p>\n<h2>Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to privacy@suola.it.
