Terms and conditions of sale

1. Who we are

The website suola.it (the "Site") is operated by SUOLA S.r.l., Via Tortona 31, 20144 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT IT09482170963, REA MI-2093418, email assistenza@suola.it, phone +39 02 8734 1926. SUOLA is an authorised retailer of the brands on the Site.

2. Scope

These terms govern the distance sale of the products on the Site to consumers living in Italy and in the other countries of the European Union. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

3. Prices

Prices are in euro. For deliveries to Italy they include 22% VAT. For deliveries to other EU countries prices are shown without VAT. Shipping costs are calculated on the weight of the order and the destination and are shown before you confirm.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, in case of obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud, refunding any amount paid.

5. Payments

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, bank transfer and, in Italy only, cash on delivery with a 5 € surcharge. Orders paid by bank transfer are shipped once the payment is received; after 5 business days without payment the order is cancelled.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship with DHL. Delivery times and costs are listed on the page Shipping. The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason, under articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). How it works and what it costs is described on the page Returns and refunds.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are original and covered by the 26-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code). To use it, write to assistenza@suola.it with photos of the defect and your order number.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

For any complaint write to assistenza@suola.it: we reply within 2 business days. You can also use the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The contract is governed by Italian law; for consumers the competent court is the one of their place of residence.
