30 days to change your mind

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, even without a reason. Shoes must be new, not worn outdoors, in their original undamaged box and with their tags.

How to return

1. Write to assistenza@suola.it with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We send you the DHL label and instructions within 1 business day.
3. Pack the shoes in their box, inside an outer parcel, and hand the parcel to DHL.

Costs

Returns from Italy cost 7.90 €, deducted from the refund. From other EU countries the cost depends on the DHL rate for your zone and is shared with you before shipping. Returns are free if the product is faulty or if we sent the wrong item.

Refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the payment method of the order. For cash on delivery orders the refund is made by bank transfer to the IBAN you provide. The cash on delivery surcharge is not refundable.

Size exchange

To change size, return the item and place a new order: it is the fastest way to secure the right size while the return is on its way.
