What data we collect

• Order data: name, address, email, phone, products purchased.
• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Account data, if you choose to create one.
• Technical data needed for the site to work (cart, language, session).

Why we use it and on what basis

• Managing orders, shipping, returns and support: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Payment fraud prevention: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not use your data for profiling or advertising and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to complete your order, appointed as data processors: DHL (delivery), Stripe (payments), Netsons (website hosting, servers in Italy), our tax advisor.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for 10 years for tax purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to privacy@suola.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
